I understand 'Time' as being vitally associated with the 'Spirit of Prophecy' and therefore 'the Light' and therefore 'the Living'. God, who is 'the God of the Living' and 'who is Light without shadow of turning', I believe has more interests in Time than some people with elusive(vain) interests realise.
We hear how God is outside of Time, though I also observe how He is passionately 'involved' in it and is 'the' force for our success therein.
